ACBA Bank

This bank offers six different mortgage programs for the purchase of housing both in Yerevan and in the marzes. You can read more about each program separately by clicking here. 

Ameriabank 

Ameriabank offers loans for the purchase of residential real estate both on the primary market and on the secondary market. Check out new buildings and apartments for sale here. Mortgage loan for Diaspora was introduced as well. 

Ararat Bank

Ararat Bank also offers several options for mortgage programs for the purchase of housing. Pay attention to the following two programs:

1. “Affordable Housing for Young Families” is a government-initiated program that aims to support young families in improving their living conditions.

2. Mortgage loans to the citizens of other countries and nonresident aliens.

Ardshinbank

Ardshinbank offers several programs for residential property purchase:

- Affordable apartment for a young family

- Affordable apartments for public servants 

- Mortgage loan for servicemen

This bank offers several options for mortgage programs, including the Affordable Housing for Young Families program.

Byblos Bank Armenia

Byblos Bank Armenia offers various mortgage programs which are available here. The bank now is also offering a Diaspora Housing Loan, which enables non-resident Armenians to get a home in the Motherland and benefit from favorable terms when purchasing their own place in Armenia. ConverseBank offers several programs, in particular:
