We all know that finding a job is in itself a full time job. Anyone who has ever been on a hunt for work will tell you that it is a nightmare out there, but at last there is hope to find the ideal job for you in Armenia.
Repat Armenia has partnered with Staff.am and has created an exclusive platform where repats, and those planning their move, can access the best positions in the Armenian job market and likewise companies looking to hire can have a direct pipeline to employees with international work experience.
How does the Repat Armenia and Staff.am benefit me?
With the partnership you get heightened visibility on the platform and increased employability.
Finding a repat employment is a major part of our workload and mostly what repats come to us for. In the past we would have you fill out a lengthy questionnaire and we would send your CV to every relevant open position out there hoping that they would respond to us so we could get you hired.
Now, we streamlined that process.
In our partnership with Staff.am we went ahead and built for our repats an exclusive sub-platform that you can use to see which job opportunities are open specifically for repats, which opportunities from leading companies fit your needs, and give you priority access to those jobs that are hard to find.
This service is free for our repats and is also free for the companies that use it.
How does it work?
Just like everything else at Repat Armenia we are here to help you through the whole process and don’t want you to go it alone. Follow these steps to get your profile up on the repat exclusive sub-platform on Staff.am.
Register on the Repat Armenia website
While this step isn’t new, you can rest assured there is no lengthy questionnaire. Simply create a profile, open an employment case, and attach your CV.
Schedule an interview
We will coordinate with you and have you either come to our office or schedule an online call where we will get to know you, your career goals, find out what you’re looking for in your next position, and offer any tips or advice you might want.
Make the profile on Staff.am
After you interview with us you will be sent a detailed email with pictures and instructions on how to register yourself and view job postings as a repat, but essentially all you will have to do is make a profile and check a box (if you already have a staff.am profile all you need to do is check a box). Fill out your name, experiences, skills, preferred salary and so on.
Keep in mind this service is for repats only and we will be sending you a code unique to you so that only repats can take advantage of the opportunity.
Browse Staff.am/repat
See what you like and send out your application directly to them. Those same companies can simultaneously look at your profile with heightened visibility.
Repatriation from Abroad
For those of you who want to repatriate, or are exploring the option of repatriation but lack of work is what is holding you back, this is the solution for you.
You can now follow the steps above from anywhere in the world and you can gain access to job openings that are specifically looking for you. Besides, this gives you an opportunity to simply make a profile and let companies come to you from a smaller pool of candidates.
Also for freelancers out there and those who like to do contract work, you can mention that as part of your Staff.am profile and recruiters can contact you free of charge.
Only the Beginning
Repat Armenia was founded and powered by repats to be at the service of repats. While helping you find work is the lion’s share of the work we do, it’s by no means all we do. We want to help with your repatriation journey so that it can go as smoothly as possible.
Soon we will be partnering with other service providers to help you also find housing, healthcare, childcare and education, property,. Currently we have partnerships that do offer these services but in the time to come we will be able to support you more quickly and more fully.
