Tamara was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia.

At Repat Armenia, Tamara is up to:

- Online/email case management with repats, needs assessment and follow-ups
- Offline meetings and orientation interviews with repats

- Running CRM database
- Coordinating employment support to repats

- Developing employers and applicants database for staff.am/repat sub-platform

- Coordinating the Roots&Routes: Personal Intergation Service

- Organizing bi-monthly orientation meetings with repatriates jointly with Repatriation and Integration Center
