Roots & Routes: Your Personal Integration Service
Navigating public institutions in Armenia can be one of the biggest challenges, especially if you're still learning the language.
To support your integration, Repat Armenia has partnered with Yeghsa to bring you Roots & Routes (R&R), a personalized integration service to help you with:
- Institutional Cases – Ministries, healthcare, immigration & citizenship services, banks, schools, and kindergartens.
- Lifestyle Cases – Locations for leisure, appointments, reservations, real estate, and minor conflict resolution.
Repat Armenia covers the following Yeghsa services for eligible applicants:
- Yeghsa’s assistance through 1 package including 1 Institutional Case & 1 Lifestyle Case.
Institutional Case - Assistance with:
- Public Institutions – One institution of the Applicant’s choice: Ministries / Governmental Institutions, hospitals, banks, schools, immigration & citizenship services, kindergartens.
- Appointment Making – Scheduling with relevant institutions.
- Document Guidance – Explanation of required documents.
- Application Support – Assistance in filling one application form.
- Accompaniment – Accompaniment to up to 2 appointments.
NOTE: Additional appointments: 10,000 AMD each. (All extra costs are covered by the End-Customer.)
Lifestyle Case - Assistance with:
- Daily Life Needs – Appointments, reservations, real estate, minor conflict resolution.
- Research & Recommendations – One type of establishment of the Applicant’s choice: gyms, beauty salons, activities, etc. (3–5 options provided for the selected establishment).
- Appointment Making – Scheduling of one appointment.
- Document Guidance – Explanation of required documents.
- Application Support – Assistance in filling one application form.
- Accompaniment – Accompaniment to one appointment.
NOTE: Additional appointments: 10,000 AMD each. (All extra costs are covered by the End-Customer)
Eligibility criteria
To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

- AVC/Birthright Armenia volunteers or alumnus
- Married to an Armenian
Priority will be given to those who moved to Armenia in the past 2 years.

Step 2 - Open a New Case and choose Roots&Routes: Your Personal Integration Service
Step 3 - Case Review
Our case manager will review your inquiry and provide requested information within 2 working days.

Step 4 - Follow-Up
Within 2 days, our Community Engagement Manager will reach out to confirm your need for R&R services.
Step 5 - Case Activation
If eligible, we’ll inform you of the scope and limitations of R&R’s services before transferring your case.
Step 6 - Final ConfirmationA Roots & Routes Case Manager will send the T&Cs via email and call you within 24 hours. Your case will be considered active only after you respond.
NOTE: Once activated, your package will be valid for 2 months from the date your first case is considered open. If you do not answer within one month of transfer, your case will not be activated.
Case Completion Survey – At the end of your case, you’ll be asked to complete a survey. Your feedback is essential for us to continue receiving funding and improving the service!
Note: 100% of profits from Roots & Routes will be donated to Ser by Yeghsa’s elderly care initiatives.
