*The job is shift based including EVENING and NIGHT shifts.
Job responsibilities
What will you do at Coolina?

Answer to emails

Answer to Social Media pages’ messages

Answer to Online Chat
-
Contacting our suppliers
-
Answer to Calls via ticketing system

Check and choose the correct shipping method for each country and product
-
Check and confirm customer’s address
-
Combine, split or cancel orders
-
Organize and place orders in our system
-
Contact supplier to solve order issues and deal with it
-
Deal with Customer Service agent to help solving customer’s issues
-
Make additional tasks involving order management
-
Check successful delivery of orders
Required qualifications
-
Highly proficient (near Native) in written and spoken English (is a must)

Experience in Shopify platform.

Experience in Customer Service
-
Internet savvy
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-
Knowledge of Shipstation will be plus
Required candidate level: Mid level
