12 Coworking Spaces in Armenia: Yerevan and Beyond
12 Coworking Spaces in Armenia: Yerevan and Beyond

There was a time when the idea of grabbing your laptop and going somewhere to work was a novel idea. Today, that’s no longer the case. Whether you’re a freelancer, digital nomad, entrepreneur, or remote employee, finding a good coworking space in Armenia is easier than ever.

Yerevan has the biggest selection, with everything from hot desks and meeting rooms to private offices and community spaces. Outside the capital, places like Dilijan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, and Goris are also developing their own remote-work ecosystems.

That growing variety matters. It gives you more freedom to live outside central Yerevan, work while travelling around Armenia, or simply change your environment when the home office starts feeling a little too familiar.

We’ve put together 12 coworking spaces in Armenia worth knowing about. The list is in no particular order, and none of the entries are sponsored or paid placements.

Prices, opening hours, and access conditions can change, so it’s always worth checking with the space directly before visiting.

Let’s start with the capital:

1. Impact Hub Yerevan

Impact Hub Yerevan

Impact Hub Yerevan is one of the more established coworking spaces in Yerevan. It’s known for its community-focused approach.

Located on Tigran Mets Avenue, it mixes flexible workspace with events, networking, entrepreneurship, and social-impact initiatives. This makes it a good option for people who want more than a quiet desk and high-speed Wi-Fi.

If you enjoy working around other active teams and projects, the community element can be just as useful as the workspace itself.

2. The Area Coworking

The Area Coworking

The Area Coworking on Yekmalyan Street offers a more traditional coworking setup in central Yerevan.

It includes open workspaces, fixed desks, private offices, phone booths, meeting rooms, and conference facilities, making it suitable for both individuals and small teams.

Its central location is another advantage. If you regularly have meetings around Kentron or want easy access to cafés and restaurants during the day, it’s definitely a practical option.

3. AEON

AEON

AEON is one of the first coworking spaces of its kind, even though they changed locations.

It doesn’t feel like your conventional business center. Instead, it combines coworking with a social and community atmosphere. Its longer opening hours can also be useful for freelancers and remote workers who don’t necessarily follow a traditional nine-to-five routine.

If you prefer some energy around you while working, AEON is worth a visit. They even have rooms you can rent for movie screenings, and a self-service kitchen for extra adventures.

4. Fabula Office Space

Fabula Office Space

Fabula Office Space on Sayat-Nova Avenue leans more toward the professional-office end of the coworking spectrum.

It offers coworking desks, private offices, meeting rooms, event space, phone booths, and other practical facilities, including printing and scanning.

This makes it useful if your work involves regular video calls, client meetings, or situations where working from a café would be less convenient.

5. Yerevan Coworking

Yerevan Coworking

Located on Zarobyan Street, Yerevan Coworking offers another central option for people looking for a reliable workspace in Yerevan.

The area is close enough to Kentron to remain convenient while sitting slightly away from some of the busiest central streets.

This is a good option for your shortlist if you just need a desk, reliable internet, and an environment you can focus in.

6. LOFT Yerevan

LOFT Yerevan

LOFT Yerevan sits somewhere between a coworking space, creative venue, and community hub.

Its atmosphere is generally more informal than a traditional office, which can appeal to students, creatives, freelancers, and younger remote workers.

Located on Moskovyan Street, it also places you close to much of central Yerevan, including cafés, parks, restaurants, and meeting spots.

For people interested in the social side of remote work in Armenia, spaces like LOFT are also useful places to meet people outside a conventional workplace.

Remote Work Isn’t Just a Yerevan Thing

What makes Armenia interesting for remote workers is the wide range of options.

The growth of coworking outside Yerevan shows that Armenia's freelance and remote-work culture is becoming broader geographically as well.

Let’s take a look at some of the options available outside of the capital.

7. Workation Toon Armeni, Dilijan

Workation Toon Armeni, Dilijan

For digital nomads in Armenia, or anyone who can work remotely for a few days, Dilijan offers an easy way to change scenery without putting work on hold.

Workation Toon Armeni is a good example that combines a workspace with the broader idea of a workation. You can work during the day while staying close to the forests, cafés, and slower pace that make Dilijan attractive for short breaks from Yerevan.

The space includes coworking facilities, Wi-Fi, outdoor areas, and food and drink options.

8. Villa3 Community Hub, Dilijan

Villa3 Community Hub, Dilijan

Here’s another great option for coworking in Dilijan.

You’ll find a mix of working areas with meeting rooms, a library, event spaces, lounges, and outdoor areas. Villa3 Community Hub has a community-oriented setup, making it suitable for local residents as well as visiting freelancers, entrepreneurs, students, and remote professionals.

9. ROOF25 Coworking Area, Gyumri

ROOF25 Coworking Area, Gyumri

Gyumri has developed a noticeable creative, technology, and entrepreneurial scene, which makes it one of the stronger options for remote work outside Yerevan.

ROOF25 Coworking Area is located on Haghtanaki Avenue and offers a workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting facilities, tea and coffee, and a rooftop setting.

It’s a practical option if you want to spend a few days working from Gyumri, but don’t fancy hotel rooms or cafés. It’s also a tourist info center, which is an added bonus.

10. Impact Hub Gyumri

Impact Hub Gyumri

This is basically the sequel to Impact Hub Yerevan.

Impact Hub Gyumri supports entrepreneurs, freelancers, organizations, and local initiatives while offering the infrastructure needed for everyday work.

For repats considering life outside Yerevan, coworking spaces like this can make regional cities easier to picture as realistic places to live and work rather than simply weekend destinations.

11. LOFT Vanadzor

LOFT Vanadzor

Located in the center of Vanadzor, LOFT Vanadzor offers a coworking and community environment that was definitely needed in the city.

You’ll find many freelancers, students, and small teams chilling there, thanks to a dedicated space with reliable internet and individual workspace.

Its presence also reflects a broader trend: coworking in Armenia is gradually becoming less concentrated in Yerevan.

12. Impact Hub Syunik, Goris

Further south, Impact Hub Syunik gives remote workers and entrepreneurs a professional workspace in Goris.

That can be particularly valuable in a region where traditional coworking infrastructure is naturally more limited than in Yerevan.

For people working remotely while travelling around southern Armenia, or for repats considering life in Syunik, access to a dedicated workspace can make a significant difference.

No Coworking Space? No Problem! Try a Café or Public Wi-Fi in Yerevan

You don’t always need a dedicated coworking space.

One of the perks of remote work in Yerevan is that internet access is generally easy to find.

That makes cafés useful for short tasks. If you need to answer emails, make a quick edit, upload a document, or finish something between meetings, ordering a coffee and opening your laptop is usually straightforward.

There is a trade-off, though.

A café may work perfectly for an hour or two, but it’s not always ideal for a full workday. Tables can fill up, background noise can make calls difficult, and staying for several hours during a busy period may not be practical.

That is where work-friendly cafés in Yerevan and dedicated coworking spaces serve slightly different purposes.

There are also publicly accessible Wi-Fi networks around parts of the city. Community Wi-Fi maps list numerous hotspots around central Yerevan, including the Cascade area, while public facilities and some municipal spaces have also offered free Wi-Fi access.

Availability can change, so treat public Wi-Fi as a convenient backup instead of something to depend on for an important video call.

Find the Setup That Works for You

The best coworking space in Armenia depends less on finding the “best” one. It’s more about how you actually like to work.

Some people are the “quiet desk” type. Some need reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and some want meeting rooms. Others prefer a busier community space where they can meet other freelancers, founders, and remote workers. And sometimes, you might just need a café table and an internet connection for an hour.

That variety is part of what makes working remotely in Armenia convenient. You can choose a dedicated coworking space for your regular routine, switch locations when you need a change of scenery, or simply find somewhere comfortable to open your laptop when work follows you around the city.

If you’re new to Armenia, try a few different spaces before committing to a monthly membership.

The right workspace may end up being as much about the people, neighborhood, and atmosphere as the desk itself.
